So how is it calculated?

 

First, The calculations below are only used if an agent has >9 interactions and 2 or more surveys. 

 

All metrics below are based on a rolling 30 day time frame.

 

The metrics that make up Pre-Select are (tNPS / Doc Rate /  Commitment Adherence). Each metric allows your business to gain points and the points are totaled. At the end the total amount of points determines the Pre-Select category.
