The AHT and QA will be on a point system which will give you points based on where the metrics are ranked.  From there CA will be used as a qualifier, remember the only way we can prove to the client we can do this is to be there and service!  So if you are in platinum for AHT and QA but fell behind with CA then you will be moved down on pre-select.
