•The criteria used for Preselect can change based on the clients focus. 

•Metrics are pulled directly from the scorecard for CSAT and AHT.  The data used is for the rolling 30 days.

•Commitment Adherence is pulled from Starmatic.  CA is a rolling 30-day metric.

•CSPs can run this report in Starmatic –ensure you change the ‘as of’ date to reflect any waiver updates, etc.

•Points are derived based on the metrics.  This is an overview of the criteria that must be met to be in each category.
